02 / The Programme

Six trimesters.
One clear path.

01

Computer Fundamentals & Web Foundations

Hardware and operating systems in programmer terms, real office automation, then HTML and CSS as engineering. Every student ships a live site to GitHub Pages — loadable on any phone, not localhost.

02

Web App Development & Databases

JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and real data. Students connect a working app to a database — the first project a non-technical visitor can actually use, not just look at.

03

Desktop App Development & Python

Python from first principles through Tkinter GUIs — reading and writing real files, debugging, and documenting like a professional, not just making it run once.

04

Mobile App Development & Flutter

Dart and Flutter, multi-screen navigation, and deployment to real devices — an app installed on the students' own phones, not a simulator screenshot.

05

Computing Fundamentals to Advanced

OS administration, hardware maintenance, Linux, and networking — the infrastructure layer behind everything built in the first four trimesters.

06

AI & Business Communication

AI tools and APIs, prompt engineering, business writing, and pitching — the capstone trimester, presented live to parents and guests at demo day.

03 / Why This Club

Built different.
Taught properly.

01

Engineering framing from session one

CPU and RAM in programmer terms. A spreadsheet formula as a function with arguments. A cell reference as a variable. Students think like developers before they write their first program.

02

Every trimester ends in public

GUI-based, demonstrable projects presented to parents and guests on live, hosted URLs — never a mock-up, never localhost.

03

Professional practice throughout

Git, documentation, deployment, and presentation are embedded in every trimester — not saved for a final unit.

04

Built by a working agency

Alffy (Alfinega) is a working digital agency in Kampala. The tools, the standards, and the instructors come from live client work.

04 / Fees

Transparent.
Always.
